4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The goods are delivered to the delivery address within the legal maximum of 30 days after the order is confirmed and paid. For bank transfers, the period starts when the payment reaches the seller's account.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and without penalty, by notifying the seller in writing or by e-mail (info@hiber.com.tr). The goods are returned within 10 days of the notice; the seller refunds all payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the notice.
6. EXCEPTIONS
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the buyer's specifications or personal needs (e.g. custom PCBs, 3D prints, personalised products), goods whose protective packaging has been opened and that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, goods inseparably mixed with others after delivery, and services or intangible goods delivered instantly.
7. COMPLAINTS
Complaints may be sent using the seller's contact details above. Disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
