ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the goods ordered electronically by the buyer on https://www.hiberbilisim.com.tr/, pursuant to Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The buyer confirms having read the Pre-information Form and given electronic confirmation.
4.2. The goods are delivered within the legal maximum of 30 days; if not, the buyer may terminate the agreement.
4.3. The seller is responsible for delivering the goods intact, complete and as described, with any warranty certificate and user manual.
4.4. If the payment is not made to the seller due to unauthorised use of the buyer's card, the buyer returns the goods within 3 days at their own expense.
4.5. If the seller cannot perform due to force majeure, the buyer is informed and may cancel; the amount paid is refunded within 14 days.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without reason or penalty by notifying the seller in writing or by e-mail (info@hiber.com.tr). The goods are returned within 10 days of the notice together with the invoice; the seller refunds all payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days. The buyer is liable for loss of value caused by use beyond normal inspection.
ARTICLE 6 – EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the goods listed in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, including goods made to the buyer's specifications (custom PCBs, 3D prints, personalised products), opened hygiene-sensitive goods, goods inseparably mixed after delivery, and instantly delivered services or intangible goods.
ARTICLE 7 – DEFECTIVE GOODS
If the goods are defective, the buyer may exercise one of the optional rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 (withdrawal, price reduction, free repair, replacement).
ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTES
Consumer Arbitration Committees, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits, are competent.
ARTICLE 9 – ENTRY INTO FORCE
By confirming the order the buyer accepts all terms of this agreement. The agreement is concluded on the order confirmation date; a copy is sent to the buyer's e-mail address and kept by the seller.
