KY-031 Knock Sensor Module

The KY-031 knock sensor converts impact, collision or vibration into a digital signal using a spring-based vibration detection mechanism. It is suitable for use in door knock detection, smart home automation and alarm applications.

Example Usage

When using the module with Arduino, connect the S pin to a digital input (e.g., pin 2). When vibration is detected, the sensor output drops to LOW level. The following code sends a message to the serial monitor when a knock is detected.
