3S 60A 12.6V Lithium 18650 BMS Battery Protection Board
Protection board suitable for lithium batteries with 3.7 V nominal voltage and 4.2 V charge limit voltage. Can be used with 18650 and polymer lithium batteries; provides 12.6 V - 13.6 V charging voltage, 60 A continuous discharge current and 15 A continuous charge current.
Technical Specifications
| Suitability | Lithium batteries with 3.7 V nominal voltage and 4.2 V charge limit voltage (18650, polymer lithium battery) |
|---|---|
| Dimensions | 41 x 55 x 3.4 mm |
| Charging Voltage | 12.6 V - 13.6 V |
| Continuous Discharge Current (upper limit) | 60 A (if cooling environment is not good, please reduce the load current) |
| Continuous Charge Current (upper limit) | 15 A |
| Standard Version Suitability | Suitable for electric drills with starting current below 120 A and power below 260 W (without balancing charge function). |
Notes
- To successfully start the drill, three 10C-20C power batteries or six 5C-10C power batteries are required (recommended battery: SONY VTC4, VTC4A, VTC5A, VTC6). Ordinary 18650 batteries will not be very efficient for a drill. Requires 0 V and 12.6 V copper wire of no less than 4 mm² (nickel cannot be used).
- When wiring 0 V, 4.2 V, 8.4 V, 12.6 V, please strictly follow the wiring diagram. Avoid short circuits.
- When the battery is charging, heating of the "430" resistor is normal; this means the balancing circuit is working. If the "430" resistor also heats up without charging, please check whether the wrong wire is connected.
